Each project is evaluated using our five stage development model and adjusted according to progress made. If one project becomes over funded the excess amount will be transferred to the next area of greatest need – maintaining 100% use of all funds for project work.

Due to uncertainty of exchange rates and current costs for materials these estimates will be up-dated when project go-ahead is given and all necessary changes made.
